When can I expect my order?
Customers can expect their order to be shipped in 5-10 business days from placing the order. Shipping time is dependent on where the product is being shipped.
We will contact you if there are any issues fulfilling your order, and will either offer an exchange or refund if applicable.
What is your return policy?
Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it, and may return product within 7 days of receiving it (dependent on the reasoning). Â
Returned funds will be sent to the account which the funds originally came from.
If by chance something is faulty with the product, you have the option of requesting a refund, or making an exchange. Please contact us through the website to reach out with any questions/concerns.
Do you offer group orders?
If you have an order of 5+ Dreamy Jackets, we recommend you place a group order. Each jacket can have its own pattern (they do not need to all be the same), and the discount per jacket increases as the size of the order increases. To place a group order please contact us directly and we will be in touch!
